Service Description
The Fig Tree Suite is a thoughtfully designed consultation room ideal for individual consultations, child consultations, intake sessions, professional meetings and other sensitive conversations requiring privacy, comfort and discretion. Bathed in natural light and thoughtfully furnished to support professional practice, the suite provides a calm and welcoming environment where important conversations can take place without interruption. Your booking includes: - One or more complimentary Suite Preparations, selected during the booking process to prepare the suite for your professional requirements - High-speed Wi-Fi - Private kitchenette - Tea, coffee and refreshments - Complimentary black and white printing - Access to private upstairs amenities Half-day bookings are available during one of the following sessions: Morning: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm Afternoon: 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an intake form where you can request catering, advise of any special requirements and provide any additional information relevant to your booking. Accessibility: Please note The Resolution Suites is located on the first floor and is accessible by stairs only.
Terms & Conditions
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy Bookings may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours' notice, subject to availability. Bookings cancelled with more than 48 hours' notice are eligible for a full refund. Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled booking time, or failure to attend without notice, are non-refundable. This policy applies because suites are reserved exclusively for each booking and late cancellations often prevent the space from being made available to other professionals. Damage to Premises and Equipment Hirers are responsible for ensuring that The Resolution Suites, including all furniture, equipment, fixtures, fittings, and amenities, are treated with reasonable care during the booking period. The hirer agrees to reimburse The Resolution Suites for the reasonable cost of repairing or replacing any damage caused by the hirer, their clients, guests, contractors, or invitees, excluding fair wear and tear. Any damage, faults, or incidents should be reported promptly following the booking. Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance Professionals hiring The Resolution Suites are responsible for maintaining their own appropriate professional indemnity and public liability insurance relevant to their profession and services. Evidence of insurance may be requested prior to or during the hire period. The Resolution Suites provides the premises and facilities only and does not assume responsibility for the professional services delivered by independent practitioners using the space.
