Service Description
Weekend bookings operate as a self-service service, providing practitioners with flexible hourly room hire. The Fig Tree Suite is presented in its standard weekend configuration, thoughtfully arranged for young child consultations and private meetings. Child resources are provided in labelled canvas bags, allowing practitioners to select and arrange resources to suit their client. At the conclusion of the booking, all resources should be returned to their labelled bags and placed back in the storage box provided. Before leaving the suite, please: - Return all resources to their labelled canvas bags and storage box. - Place rubbish in the bins provided. - Remove all confidential documents and personal belongings. - Vacate the suite by the conclusion of your booked session. - Notify us if any resources have been damaged or require replenishment. Tea, coffee and refreshments are provided using disposable cups and utensils, so no washing up is required. Please note: Your suite access PIN will automatically expire at the conclusion of your booking. Before leaving, please ensure you have collected all personal belongings and confidential documents, as you will not be able to re-enter the suite once your booking has ended.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy Bookings may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours' notice, subject to availability. Bookings cancelled with more than 48 hours' notice are eligible for a full refund. Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled booking time, or failure to attend without notice, are non-refundable. This policy applies because suites are reserved exclusively for each booking and late cancellations often prevent the space from being made available to other professionals. Damage to Premises and Equipment Hirers are responsible for ensuring that The Resolution Suites, including all furniture, equipment, fixtures, fittings, and amenities, are treated with reasonable care during the booking period. The hirer agrees to reimburse The Resolution Suites for the reasonable cost of repairing or replacing any damage caused by the hirer, their clients, guests, contractors, or invitees, excluding fair wear and tear. Any damage, faults, or incidents should be reported promptly following the booking. Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance Professionals hiring The Resolution Suites are responsible for maintaining their own appropriate professional indemnity and public liability insurance relevant to their profession and services. Evidence of insurance may be requested prior to or during the hire period. The Resolution Suites provides the premises and facilities only and does not assume responsibility for the professional services delivered by independent practitioners using the space.
